As the "Taste" has grown, so has the quality and reputation of our food vendors and artists. We welcome your interest in applying for space at the "Taste." We do have a pre-screening process. If you are a professional food vendor, or a professional artist (or a true professional quality artist), please call the the Managing Director of the Festivals Committee, Carol Gregory, for a pre-qualification discussion. Space fees for both artists and food vendors apply. Carol will fill you in on the terms of these during your initial discussion. Carol Gregory/Festivals Committee: 208-660-2789 If Carol feels that you have what the Festivals Committee is looking for in artists or food vendors, you will then fill out a formal application. In the case of artists, sample PICS of your work will be required. All applications and associated space fees must be received and on file prior to the actual date of each year's event. All musicians are selected through the Local 105 American Federation of Musicians.
