WHAT'S HAPPENING AND WHO'S HERE!

The Coeur d’Alene Festivals Committee presents A Taste of the Coeur d’Alenes™ in beautiful Coeur d’Alene City Park, held annually the first weekend in August. Gastronomic pleasures to tantalize your taste buds are offered at over 25 food booths staffed by top quality professional food vendors from the Northwest and as far away as Massachusetts, Missouri and Florida. But, the festival doesn’t stop at this outstanding selection of cuisine. More than 130 highly regarded artists and artisans from Idaho, Washington, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, California and the Midwest will also be in the park showcasing an impressive and diversified display of collectible art, as well as many arts and crafts.
In addition to great food and beautiful art, enjoy the engaging sounds of professional musicians and musical groups throughout the day. Live music is played almost non-stop on the City Park Bandstand. There are plenty of benches and large areas of grass to stop a bit, relax, and listen to the sounds of truly entertaining music while watching the annual parade of summer visitors pass by. As most regulars to this event can attest, the music just keeps getting better and better each year! This year's Entertainment Schedule! All music is arranged by Local 105 of the American Federation of Musicians through a grant from the Recording Industries Performance and Trust Fund, performing a variety of Jazz, Big Band, Dixieland, Blues and Contemporary music professionally monitored by Ford Audio.
Don't forget to stop by The Festival Committee's Beverage Booth and say Hi! Cold beverages sold at the booth help to support this wonderful yearly event. Join Us! Come
and take in the beautiful natural surroundings |
